Programme Guide for the new programme period 2014-2020 for Europe for Citizens programme has been published and can be found here.
In order to submit an application, applicants and all the organisations that will participate in the application must provide their Participant Identification Code (PIC) in the application form. The PIC can be obtained by registering the organisation in the Unique Registration Facility (URF) hosted on the Education, Audiovisual, Culture, Citizenship and Volunteering Participant Portal.
Projects proposals for 2014 are to be in line with the following Priorities (according to the Measure):
Strand 1: European remembrance
General priority: causes of totalitarian regimes in Europe's modern history as well as projects concerning other defining moments and reference points in recent European history.

General priority: projects dealing with citizens' participation in the democratic life of the EU, ranging from local democracy to the empowerment of citizens to play a full part in EU policy.
