Discussion on innovations in philanthropy

The purpose of the discussion is to bring closer to the public the goals of civil society partnership projects whose implementation will start in late September 2015.

On the occasion of the completion of the process of contracting of projects financed within the IPA 2012 grant scheme ''Fostering Innovative Forms of Philanthropy in Local Communities to Support Sustainability of Civil Society", the Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs organizes a discussion on "Innovations in philanthropy" . The discussion is going to be held on September 23, 2015, beginning at 13:30 pm, at the House of Europe (Ban centre), Cesarčeva 2, Zagreb.

 Projects worth over 3.8 million kunas (500.000 EUR) were co-financed from IPA 2012 and from the State budget by the Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs, and should directly contribute to achieving strategic goals in the field of philanthropy, social responsibility and a culture of giving.
The discussion will be attended by representatives of civil society organizations, local government bodies, academia and media.
