Since the launch of the state central website for consultations with the interested public at the end of April 2015, more than 400 consultations have been conducted by 35 state administration bodies and other public institutions via the e-consultations.
At the beginning of February there were 3058 users registered in the e-consultations application, out of which:
1891 natural persons
548 companies
182 citizens’ associations
135 trades
37 cooperatives
Apart from the mentioned ones, many other legal entities also use the e-consultations system.
In line with the Law on the Right to Access Information, state administration bodies are obliged to use the central website of e-consultations for the implementation of consultations on draft laws, subordinate regulations, as well as strategic and planning documents and general acts that have an influence on the interests of the citizens and legal entities. In January 2016 eight public bodies launched 33 consultations via the e-consultations website, which received 154 comments of the representatives of the interested public.
