The Questionnaire is the basis for the development of the new Anti-Corruption Strategy for the period from 2021 to 2030.
With the aim of continuing the strategic implementation and upgrading of the system of anti-corruption measures in the Republic of Croatia, a new national strategic document in the field of anti-corruption is being drafted, coordinated by the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration.
The new Anti-Corruption Strategy for the period from 2021 to 2030 will be targeted on prevention and will primarily focus on strengthening the institutional and legislative framework for the fight against corruption, raising public awareness of the harmfulness of corruption, strengthening the transparency of public authorities and improving integrity systems in a number of priority areas.
Given that corruption has an impact on the overall functioning of society and that citizens are the ones who send a certain message about corruption in Croatia through indicators of corruption perception, it was concluded that it is extremely important to start from the citizens themselves and their opinions.
For this purpose, the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration has developed a questionnaire whose questions are anonymous and aimed at examining citizens' perceptions of corruption in society, and the results of the questionnaire will be the basis for work on the new Strategy.
The Questionnaire on the perception of the corruption in Croatia.
