Pursuant the Law on Establishing Institutional Framework for Implementation of European and Structural and Investment Funds in the Republic of Croatia during the financial period from 2021 to 2027 (OG 116/21) and the Regulation on Bodies in the System of Management and Control of the Use of the European Social Fund plus in connection with the objective “Investment for jobs and growth” within the Framework of the Effective Human Resources Programme 2021-2027 (OG 96/22), the GOfNGOs was determined as one of the bodies in the Management and Controlling System, acting as a Level 1 Implementing Body. According to that, GOfNGOs co-finance through the State Budget the Calls that publishes within this Programme.
The Visibility Guidelines of GOfNGOs co-financing are applied to all projects that GOfNGOs co-finances within the ESF+, in accordance with the Article 16 of the Contract on financing Special Conditions.
