Call for expression of interest for a selection of external assessors of projects proposals for grants within the “Civil Society” Programme.

The Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs (GOfNGOs) is publishing the Call for expression of interest to select the external evaluators for assessing the project proposals for grants under the “Civil Society” Programme.

Within its responsibilities of the Programme Manager and on the basis of the article 29 of the Regulation on the Criteria, Standards and Procedures for Financing and Contracting of the Programmes and Projects of Public Benefit Interest Implemented by Associations (OG 26/2015), the GOfNGOs publishes the Call for expression of interest for a selection of external assessors of project proposals for grants within the “Civil Society” Programme.
 
This Call goal is to selecting of external evaluators who will participate in the quality evaluation of project proposals submitted on Public Calls for projects proposals to the “Civil Society” Programme of the Second contribution that will be published by the GOfNGOs.
 
Physic persons that meet conditions defined by the Call can apply. All candidates that reach the minimum number of points will be included into the GOfNGOs External assessors’ base. External evaluators will be engaged on the basis of the Call for grants needs published by the GOfNGOs. That according to the previously reached number of points, the assessors’ time availability, specific experience in assessing of project proposals, as well as the preparation and/or implementation of projects in the area that is funded including the number of submitted projects proposals.
 
The first engagement is expected during June 2025. The engaged assessors will be entitled to a remuneration of at least EUR 70,00 net per evaluated project application.
 
This Call for expression of interest for a selection of external assessors is opened permanently.
 
Please note: The inclusion of an external assessor at the external assessor base does not oblige the GOfNGOs to engage an individual assessor!
