Decision on granting funds to associations applied to the Public Call “Communication Support to the Associations’ Community Services Programmes”

Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs (GOfNGOs) in cooperation with the Croatian Association for Public Relations rewarded three awards to associations active in the area of media literacy.

This year Public Call theme was “Development, contribution and role of associations in the Area of Media Literacy in Croatia”. The awarded associations - the Centre for Missing and Abused Children, the Society for Communication and Media Culture and the Croatian Association of Deaf-Blind Persons Dodir, will get pro bono expert communication assistance from public relations mentors from the agencies Communication Agency, MPR and Light Communications in the design and implementation of media and communication plans for the promotion of socially useful activities that they carry out.
 
By the Decision on the allocation of financial support to associations registered for the Public Call “Communication Support to the Associations’ Community Services Programmes”, the GOfNGOs will award three financial supports in the amount of EUR 3,980.00 each from the State Budget, which will ensure the financing of the costs of creating promotional materials and advertising associations’ community services programmes.
