NGOs’ Open Days 2025

The NGOs’ Open Days 2025 will hold from 5 to 7 June 2025 with the aim of informing the public on the work of associations in the local and broaden community. This is an opportunity for citizens to participate in numerous creative workshops, lectures, theatre plays, actions, as well as for informing about different socially beneficial projects and programmes including possibilities of volunteering in associations.
By organising this event, GOfNGOs would like to increase the visibility of the work of associations, especially those that implement the programmes and projects of common good interest funded from the public sources as well as to improve the perception of associations in public.
 
To participate in the NGOs’ Open Days 2025, the association are to register only through the web application UdrugeInfo. On that application, together with the announcement of events that associations usually register, also different events of associations within the NGOs’ Open Days 2025 are visible.
 
Opening of the NGOs Open Days 2025 event will start on Thursday, 5 June 2025 with the Conference “Role and Contribution of associations in the Community Sustainable Development in Croatia” that will be held at the premises of the Arsen House of Art, on the address Obala hrvatske mornarice 1 in Šibenik.

The Agenda of the Conference will be published as subsequently on the GOfNGOs web pages.
 
Two “Walks through the history of association in Zagreb” will be held within the NGOs’ Open Days 2025 in order to getting closer to the public the rich history of work of associations in Zagreb that were significantly contributed to the social and economic development and made foundations for modern civil society.
 
In addition, in cooperation with the Croatian Association for Public Relations, the GOfNGOs, this year as well, is planning to publish Public Call “Communication Support to the Associations’ Community Services Programmes”.
