Office for Cooperation with NGOs Received an Acknowledgement in H-Alter’s Traditional Survey

In the traditional survey conducted by the independent web portal H-alter, prominent NGO members and journalists dealing with the field of civil society, considered the changes in work of the Office for Cooperation with NGOs and the Council for the Development of Civil Society as the most positive event in the civil society sector in 2007. Given the results of the survey, the Head of the Office, Mr. Igor Vidačak, Ph.D., was proclaimed a person of the year 2007.

The survey was conducted in a way that abovementioned NGO members and journalists were asked to state five of the most positive as well as negative events in the civil society sector in 2007. The final list featured all the events that were mentioned more than once. Their rankings depended on the points they have obtained on individual lists (the first place was assigned five points, while the fifth place was assigned one).
