Representatives of Civil Society Organisations from Serbia, Kosovo and Albania - study visit to Croatia and Office for Cooperation with NGOs

The Olof Palme International Center organized the study visit for their partner organizations from Serbia, Kosovo and Albania with the aim to learn and get inspiration from Croatian experiences. Around twenty representatives of CSOs have visited the Office for Cooperation with NGOS on 20 November 2013.

The study visit focus was on two main issues; 1) Models for cooperation and interaction between state and civil society, 2) Experiences in building legitimate and sustainable civil society organizations.
 
The Head of the Office for Cooperation with NGOs Igor Vidačak gave a presentation on Croatian model including on structures for state - civil society cooperation, strategic documents and legal framework, model of sustainable funding of programs and project of civil society organizations, and standards of consultation in policy making process.
