Tax Administration Directive referring to tax status of non-profit organizations

The Tax Administration has drafted a Directive for its local offices concerning the tax status of non-profit legal entities. 

Based on the frequent inquiries referring to the tax obligations of associations which carry out economic activities, and based on the conclusion of the 11^th (thematic) session of the Council for the Development of Civil Society held on April 10^th 2015, the Tax Administration has made a Directive on acting with the tax status of non-profit legal entities.
