Competition for international training programs at the French School of Public Administration (ENA) in 2020

The French Embassy in Croatia provides scholarships for training in the field of public administration offered by the French School of Public Administration (ENA).

International training programs are intensive training programs in a specific area, lasting one to four weeks. The programs are held in Paris in French or English and encourage the exchange of national experiences. They take the form of conferences, seminars, roundtables, case studies, simulations and fieldwork. The field of training is primarily concerned with Europe and the international agenda through a comparative approach. International training programs specifically target at senior foreign public officials, employees of public companies, or representatives of civil society organizations seeking to improve in a particular field.
 
In 2020, the French School of Public Administration (ENA) offers 14 international training programs, 9 in French and 5 in English.

  • « Organization of parliamentary work » (24 February - 6 March – 2 weeks)
  • « Negotiating within and with the European Union » (22 - 26 June – 1 week)
  • « Local authorities, cities and global diplomacy » (19 – 30 October – 2 weeks)
  • « Crisis management and post-conflict management » (16 - 27 November – 2 weeks)
  • « Fighting corruption » (7 - 18 December – 2 weeks)

  • « Lutter contre la corruption » (23 March - 3 April – 2 weeks)
  • « L’UE et ses partenaires économiques » (22 - 24 April – 1 week)
  • « Protection de l’environnement : approche réglementaire de l’UE » (od 27 – 29 April – 1 week)
  • « Organisation du travail parlementaire » (25 May – 19 June – 4 weeks)
  • « Conduire le changement dans l’administration » (15 - 26 June – 2 weeks)
  • « Fabriquer les politiques publiques : de la conception à l’évaluation » (14 - 25 September – 2 weeks)
  • « Innover et transformer par le numérique le secteur public » (14 - 25 September – 2 weeks)
  • « Trajectoire d’une norme européenne » (21 - 25 September – 1 week)
  • « Gérer un projet (SPOC) + Gérer un projet (Présentiel) » (5 - 16 October – 2 weeks)
 
 
The application for international training programs is done online, while the pre-selection of candidates is done through the French Embassy in Croatia, to which you must submit your application in paper form, signed and accompanied by supporting documents.
First, an online application for the desired international training program is required on the websites of the French School of Public Administration (ENA): https://www.ena.fr/Formation-continue/Programmes-Internationaux-et-d-approfondissement/Programmes-internationaux -courts-ex-Cisap.
 
Once you have completed your online application, you will be able to print your application form so you can sign it. The application form must also be signed by your superior. In addition to the CV and letter of motivation, the signed application form must be sent to the French Embassy in Croatia before 3 February 2020 by e-mail (at: djuro.zifra@diplomatie.gouv.fr) and by post (at: French Embassy in Croatia, Mr. Djure Zifre, Hebrangova 2, 10 000 Zagreb).
