The Office for Cooperation with NGOs participated in the celebration of Europe Day, 9th of May 2018

Yesterday, the Day of Europe was marked at the European Square in Zagreb organized by the European Commission Representation in Croatia.

The aim of the event was to inform citizens on the policies of the European Union and on the role of Croatia as a 27th member, as well as the benefits for the society from entering in the EU on 2013. During this occasion, Minister of Regional Development and EU Funds, Mrs. Gabrijela Žalac and Head of the European Commission Representation, Mr. Branko Baričević briefly addressed the participants and informed them about the possibilities of using the Structural Funds in the Republic of Croatia.

The employees of the Office for Cooperation with NGOs presented the current calls of the European Social Fund for Civil Society as well as the Europe for Citizens Program for which the Office has been the National Contact Point for more than 10 years. They also distributed the promotional materials.
