Public Call for proposing of CSOs representatives to be members for drafting a new Law on Islands Working Group

The deadline for nominate candidates is Wednesday, 11 September 2024.

Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds is establishing the Working Group for drafting the Law on Islands Proposal.
The Working Group main task is implementing the Law Impact Assessment Procedure and drafting of the Law on Islands Proposal as well as providing assistance to the expert carrier in the preparation of all the prescribed documents in the mentioned procedure.
 
According to the Ministry of Regional Development and EU funds request it is necessary to propose three CSOs representatives in the role of member and deputy member dealing with the islands development. It is expected that the proposed members, considering the area of activities and goals of their organisations, could contribute to the work on the mentioned legal document as well as to participate operationally in the work of the working group with the aim of providing expertise in the design process.
 
We ask all the interested CSOs to submit their propositions for members of the Working Group for drafting the Law on Islands Proposal by fulfilling the form till 11 September 2024.
