Public Procurement
In line with the Public Procurement Law (Official Gazette 120/2016) and the the Ordinance Regulations, Agreement Register, Previous Counselling and Market Analysis in Public Procurement (OG 101/2017), procurement plans and Registers of Public Procurement Contracts and Framework Agreements are published in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia.
Pursuant the Article 80 Paragraph 2 of point 1 of the Public Procurement Act (OG 120/2016) there are no economic subjects with which contractor representative of the Government Office for Cooperation with NGOs (GOfNGOs) referred to in Article 76, paragraph 2 of point 1 of the Public Procurement Law or with it related persons in a conflict of interest.
The Public Procurement Law is not applied to the procurement of goods and services and the implementation of project calls estimated for less than EUR 26.540,00 and the works of estimated value of less than EUR 66.360,00 (Art. 12 of the Law). The Office for General Affairs of the Croatian Parliament and the Government of the Republic of Croatia has adopted the Guidance on the way of implementing Simple Public Procurement Procedures on 7 June 2017.
The Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds prescribed the Rules on the Implementation of the Procurement Procedures for the Non-Members of the Pubic Procurement Law (version 6.1., June 2020).
