IPA 2012 Civil Society Organisations – Internal Control Mechanism for Safeguarding the EU Standards

Calls for Proposals published:

1. Building Local Partnerships for Open Governance and Fight against Corruption in Responsible Management of Natural Resources

The overall objective is to ensure open governance and transparency in managing public goods and natural resources in the Republic of Croatia.

Expected result: CSOs’ affirmed as equal partners in cross-sectoral partnerships for accountable management of public and natural resources.

2. Building Capacities of CSOs for Ensuring Effective Implementation of the EU Standards in the Enforcement of Human Rights

The overall objective is to ensure effective implementation of the EU standards in the enforcement of human rights in the Republic of Croatia. 

Expected result: CSOs’ affirmed as equal partners in ensuring consistent enforcement of human rights; Networks between CSOs built up, and inter-institutional cooperation and networks built to help access to human rights of vulnerable groups.

3. Fostering Innovative Forms of Philanthropy in Local Communities to Support Sustainability of Civil Society

The overall objective is to create an enabling environment for civil society development in Croatia. 

Expected result: CSOs’ affirmed as equal partners in fostering local level philanthropy initiatives.
