Programme Guide
The “Programme Guide” is the main document which should be used by the potential beneficiaries during the planning of project proposals and drafting of project documentation. It contains a detailed description of the program structure, rules and criteria of eligibility, application procedure, as well as the schedule of calls for proposals for activities within the two sub-programs.

In order to access the application form and apply your project for the programs of the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, it is necessary to register on the Participant Portal. The instructions for the registration and getting a PIC (Participant Identification Code) number can be found here.
